[Discussion] Account changes

Is there any way for me to change the email on my tarkov account without having access to the email linked to it already?

A few weeks ago i noticed i was getting logged out of things or something’s were changing on accounts or games linked to my email and i wasn’t able to get back on from a password change and verification number change. Is there any way i would be able to get my email changed on the account without having access verification sent to the email or anything like that?
