No rewards showing up?

Just got the app since one of the people working there mentioned I had a shitton of points attached to my phone number.

But when i go to the redeem tab in the app, it’s empty. I’ve tried switching to a couple different stores but it’s empty in each of them. Do I just have to keep randomly selecting locations or is there a filter that shows which ones will let me redeem points? Or do I have to be in a store for anything to show up?
