Do you find it impossible to be productive if your physical space is a mess?
Not a clean freak per se but I noticed that if my desk has even a few empty cups or random papers, my brain feels "cluttered" too. However, as soon as I clean everything up, I suddenly have the energy to work again. It feels like my environment is a direct map of my mental state.
Are you someone who needs a clean room to think clearly? Or do you actually prefer a bit of "organized chaos" around you? Why do you think your surroundings affect your mood so much?
