when to take cat to vet in blizzard??

Hi everyone, my cat has vomited 3-4 times in the last 16 hours or so which has me worried although he is acting normal otherwise. after the first time I thought he'd just eaten too fast cuz it looked like regurgitation but since he vomited more later I got worried. there isn't any blood or anything. i would just take him to the vet hospital only it's actively blizzard conditions in my city right now!! i happen to live ~15 min walk to a great quality emergency vet in normal circumstances but right now I'd be really worried about taking him out in the snow. should I brave the storm with him or keep us at home if he continues to act normal?
