PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND MY SYMPTOMS

Hi everyone,

I’m new here and would really appreciate some help understanding my situation.

Back in June 2025, I noticed that I wasn’t drinking enough water and my urine output seemed less than usual. I panicked and increased my water intake, but my urine output still didn’t feel like it used to. Around the same time, I started developing under-eye bags and facial puffiness.

Since then, I’ve seen a doctor and had complete blood tests done every month from June 2025 until February 2026. All my kidney-related numbers have consistently been normal, and my doctor has never been concerned about my kidney function.

Currently:

My daily fluid intake is around 2–2.5 liters.

My urine output ranges between 1.5–1.8 liters.

I pass most of my urine between 5:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

After 6:00 PM, my body seems to “slow down.” I don’t usually urinate in the evening unless I drink a much larger amount of water.

I never wake up at night to urinate.

Another important detail: Over the past 6 months, I’ve reduced my weight from 89 kg to 79 kg through diet changes.

Despite normal lab results, I still experience puffy eyes and some facial puffiness, and I feel like my body conserves fluids after 6 PM.

Has anyone experienced something similar? I would really appreciate any advice or insight.
