Advice needed in sp manifestation

Hey so i recently came across Neville subreddit and iam familiar with loa since 4 5 years . Always end up manifesting unconscious thoughts but never the conscious ones

Iam manifesting my ex and ik the law,I trust it but I just cant stop thinking negative and that oh it wont work for me bla bla or I have messed it up by thinking what if of him not coming back

Any thoughts?
