Upgrade to nord 5?

I have a 1yr old nord 4 that is working perfectly fine but the frame is bent from me dropping the phone. Store is selling nord 5 for 150eur and the store has a policy to buy old phones. Their calculator for my phone even with bent frame says 95eur. Is the nord 5 worth upgrading for about 50?
