First ever lucid dream was shitty

Success!

I just had my first lucid dream. I did some techniques before bed and I told myself that next time i'm dreaming i'll remember i'm dreaming. And well, it worked, but it was pretty shitty. Every single thing around me felt like it was ai generated and not real. Like, literally generated by some unadvanced 2023 ai video tool. The dream only lasted like a couple of minutes.

(BTW this was my second try. I spent the last 2 weeks improving my dream recall before actually trying lucid dreaming.)

The dream: I woke up in a false awakening doing a reality check in my room as i tend to. I had 6 fingers. At first, i didn't believe it. Then i tried again. And again. And again. After doing multiple reality checks more and being fully convinced that I was dreaming, i got out of bed and started feeling dizzy. I thought about punching the wall in front of me and fly out of it, but i was too nauseous for that. Next thing i did was stand in front of a door and try to imagine a fictional character behind it. Didn't Really work because as soon as i opened the door the fictional character instantly vaporized like in those 2024 ai Minecraft Oasis videos, where when you look away the game forgets. So, I walk into the living room, i go to the balcony, and see my cat in the corner. It's just looking at me, but I just decide to ignore it. I get out of the balcony, re-enter the living room, and then i wake up for real.

Basically all i did was walk around, like every other starter.

How do I stop my lucid dreams from looking like that? Maybe i should try stabilizing them next time? Pls help
