I was hesitant to post this story since the narrative will shift dramatically to point fingers at non-supporters, which is grossly inappropriate. However, the family shared more details about their family. I know these types of incidents are absolutely horrible due to the violence and the division that is associated alongside it. However, if criminals were recognized as just that, maybe we could intercept these types of acts beforehand. Only in a perfect world......

In addition, I also added the previous attempts since those seemingly vanished and were kicked off with false narratives that didn't quite fit. These stories just fell out of view, except when passed around to push left-wing extremist accusations, such as when this recent attempt occurred.

Thomas Crooks, 21 - Near Butler, PA 7/13/2024

Registered Republican since 9/2021, when he had turned 18. However, when he was 17 years (1/2021) he donated $15 towards to an ActBlue platform. This is what led to the misinformation that he was a left-wing extremist, which didn't hold up, and the story literally vanished.

Ryan Wesley Roth, 58 - West Palm Beach, FL 9/15/2024

Registered Independent since 2002 (was a Democrat 1988-2002), but primarily maintained an unaffiliated status. He supported Trump for his first term up until 2020 when his support shifted due to dissatisfaction. He couldn't be placed into a left-wing box because his political shifts varied, so not much was circulated about him up until his sentencing.

Vem Miller, 49 - Coachella, CA 10/12/2024

Registered Republican (proud MAGA) was an armed rallygoer that was picked up as a possible 3rd assassination attempt, which turned out to be false. He was released on a $5k bail, and he was never charged federally, but he was hit with charges of possession of a loaded firearm and a high-capacity magazine, both are misdemeanors. Again, this vanished away from the public when a narrative couldn't be pushed, especially since Vem went on Fox News to discuss the incident.
