Why couldn’t they make this show more believable?

Don’t get me wrong I’ve been an office fan for yearssss but certain aspects of the show I just wish they made a little more believable. Especially the positions/job titles these characters have. Take for instance. Accounting. You don’t really need 3 people to run that department. Angela and Oscar themselves are competent enough to run it but Kevin? He should’ve been gone by the second season. With how dumb they portray him on the show there’s 0 fucking chance he would keep his job. You have Kelly and Meredith who both have their weird quirks but they probably still do their job to some degree. Which brings me to the next person. Creed. Who is hilarious but clinically insane and guarantee does zero work at all and probably steals from the company. That’s just not believable that he would still be there.

Then comes Andy. Who barely makes any sales and has to be the most cringe/worst character on the show. He should’ve been gone a long time ago and definitely NOT been manager.

Thennnnn there’s Michael. This is pretty self explanatory. I’ll let this one slide because he’s the main character and at the end of the day it’s a tv show. But in real life. No fucking way any of that shit would everrrrrrr fly in a real office. Not even close.

There is an honorable mention. The entire warehouse staff. There doesn’t need to be that many people down there, this operation is small they aren’t moving that much paper.
