Trying no to loose $300 on a “hotel hookup room”

They sent me to a site to book a hook up room for our first meeting and the site wants me to pay to a name on PayPal that they sent. But the person I’m talking to dosent sound like a scammer at all. We’ve had a lovely online talk. Sent a lot pictures back and forth to each other. And it’s the same thing every time and they’ve even sent pictures almost right away of some things I asked as well.Very non pushy on it and said they would even split the bill on it. And there very understanding of the whole thing when I said that it was raising some red flags in my head

The hotel the site found is in our area and she gave me get full name age and what town she lives in. The girl dosent seem fake at all but the site sorta does. Just want a second opinion on this
