Need help on a old phone please

So I found my old phone and I just wanted to see if I can see if I could use it but the issue is that it works like normal but I unlock the phone and a lot of pop up comes out I click deny or accept no matter what I click it just keeps popping over and over I tried factory resetting with the power button and the power button I tried that didn’t work so settings in the factory setting through there and still didn’t work so I don’t know what to do
