Washington State SEAP

Has anyone on here done SEAP in any Washington State labs in the past?? What is it like? When do they typically send things out? Are there any lab visit days like the California ones??? I stg im going crazy SEAP is the only program I actually am interested in doing but they've been deliberating for like 4 months wth.
