I bought a leather bracelet that keeps staining my hand

Hello I bought a leather bracelet from a seller on Etsy I got it seemed pretty good for the price but after a few hours of wearing it I noticed my wrist was yellowish brown stuff I notice it coming off the bracelet I message the seller and they recommended i was it with a damp paper towel I did that about 4 times very thoroughly for about an hour and stuff Is still rubbing off on my wrist

I messaged the seller that it didn't work and would to to return they said ok but I would have to pay the shipping costs to get it back to them since they do not accept returns

Is there anyway through etsy that I could get the seller to pay for the label I feel its justified in this situation in the description it didn't say that the dye rubs off on stuff easily I didn't see it mentioned in any of the sellers reviews Would appreciate any help
