Past back injury

I had three bulging disks about five years ago, went to physical therapy for some months, and all fully healed within a year. No longer have pain, played through three high school basketball seasons and a football season perfectly fine. It is documented and got mri’s around the time it happened but should I disclose this with my recruiter? Will I be dq’d at meps for this?
