looking for basement to rent (1/2 bedroom, 1 bath)

Hello!

Currently looking for a family friendly basement space as spring approaches, approx for a year. We’re leaving a toxic environment and would like a space to simply be able to feel safe in and build something before buying.

If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations that would be great.

Preferably in ashburn,sterling, or leesburg due to schooling.

It would be great if the options are 2,000-2,100!
