Will HCB be fixed with this new Easy anti cheat update?

I have been playing rocketleague since the 2015 (on steam) and have had tons of issues (usually driver related) I have been going nuts over this recent issue I have been having, it’s hard to describe as we all depend on the game feeling perfect??? To play good, any slight issue totally makes the game feel off and affects performance, I recently have been dealing with what feels like Frame drops or sluggish feeling/ maybe delay? Or server lag??? It’s really a mix. Feels like I am playing on a really old graphics card update…. I’ve been troubleshooting and researching and the closest thing I can find to this issue is Heavy Car Bug (HCB) which seems to be the closest to the symptoms my game has been having. Does anyone else have any recent similarities in online play (maybe even free play) I feel like on my alt account it feels even worse some how (could be placebo) but its consistently horrible to play rocket league as of late, but sometimes more tolerable or even working normally (rare)

Does anyone know a fix. If its HCB will this update theoretically fix this issue?.

Things I’ve tried:

I’ve tried removing any overlays that I’ve researched that have caused other people problems.

I’ve tried closing all background apps chrome/Spotify/steam etc

I’ve tried updating and reinstalling the game and Pc drivers.

I’ve changed in game settings video and more.

I’ve tried cleaning my pc for more space and even tried to diagnose parts on my pc to see if I had hardware issues.

But nothing has become an apparent problem, and nothing has worked.
