Yozma IN10 help

I recently bought an IN10 and the first day of owning it I had zero issues. Then I started getting error code E08 only at full throttle above 19mph, I know that code is related to a throttle issue so I inspected all the connecters/harnesses related to the throttle and no issues were found. I have replaced the throttle with one off of Amazon (came with a female connector and spliced the harness/connecter from the old throttle) and now the issue persists at full throttle no matter the speed. Not sure where to go from here but any help would be appreciated, thanks.
