In the last "Ranked And Rated" post, where I ranked and rated Mob Rules by Black Sabbath, I said this would be next, but I didn't say the reason. The reason why is because it was my second favorite album by them, and my first Black Sabbath studio album to get on CD (and still is...)!

So, without further ado, here is my view, take, ranking, and rating on Black Sabbath's "Cross Purposes"!

\----------------------------------------------------------

ALBUM COVER - 10/10 (Sexy good! I always though the wings were 2 shaped guns that looked weird that were on fire, and the lady looked like a motor engine to me from a distance...)

1./The Hand That Rocks The Cradle (10/10) In my personal view of Tony Iommi's riffs, this main one is his best riff ever in my personal opinion... That's why he is top 10 for me 👏🥹🤘. This song was 1% close from being my favorite from Black Sabbath, but Over And Over, js something about it makes me love it more than the rest... Greatest Tony Martin song for me definitely!

2./Dying For Love (10/10) Some of my students heard this song that I was listening to, and were laughing and teasing at me...

3./Immaculate Deception (10/10) JESUS CHRIST (is Lord) TONY! After the lyric "To let my spirit lie" I'm pretty sure that's the lyric is what I was referring to.

4./What's The Use (10/10) GREAT CLOSER!

5./Evil Eye (9.9/10) Same case with Virtual Death!

6./Virtual Death (9.3/10) Was a 10/10, but not anymore for me... STILL it's not bad!

7./Back To Eden (9.2/10) Always thought the beginning kinda sounded like a Rage Against The Machine intro... Harmony chords are good on here!

8./I Witness (9.2/10) Like the beginning mostly, then a bit after that...

9./Psychophobia (8.6/10) Goes from meh, to hype, to meh, and to hype, then meh for the final time if I can recall for me personally...

10./Cross Of Thorns (8.6/10) It's Alright... Yes, It's Alright!

11./Cardinal Sin (7.8/10) Just can't really like it anymore for sum reason... Like the Harmony vocals in the beginning though!

WHOLE ALBUM RATING - 10/10

WORTHY TO GET ON VINYL FOR ME PERSONALLY ✅

The next one I'll rank and rate will be "The Many Faces Of Ozzy & Black Sabbath" which is basically a cover of some of Ozzy & Black Sabbath's songs from different bands that I got for Christmas. Reason being because it's the next one in alphabetical order for my CD's from different bands.
