Need help finding security content creators?

This is kinda an odd post and unsure if it's allowed even after reading the FAQ and some other posts. If it's not, I'm totally cool taking it down.

I started at a new company kinda helping them build a security training content library for customers(not my long term plan, just helped me get my foot in the door with some decent video editing skills), and they're wanting to make a whole team to build content. With that means finding people who have decent sec knowledge and also being cool in front of a camera and editing.

I'm not even sure where's the best place to look for that kind of resume/portfolio and just need some guidance. Any help is appreciated
