can i run lushaka with blackswan

my kafkas attack is currently 3.6k enough for revelry and im planning to give blackswan kafkas revelry since people say shes gonna be the main dps now, but like i dont wanna sacrifice my kafkas attack for lushaka so im here asking if blackswan can run lushaka instead.
(for context my team is Hysilens-Kafka-DHPT-Blackswan and DHPT is running Lushaka aswell)
