Hibrew H10A vs H20vs De'Longhi Ec230.B

Hello guys, I've been looking to buy a hibrew h10A or H20, while De'Longhi Ec230 is the least preferred.

I'm torn between which one to choose.

there's a significant difference in H10A as it boasts a 58mm porta.

Any suggestions and opinions between the three machines are appreciated.

Ps: all comes within the same price range for where I live currently.
