Pug leader kick group immediately after hero realm completion, before getting reward

I joined a 10-man hero realm pug today. After the first boss the group leader immediately moved onto the next boss without letting people getting their rewards. I didn’t think of it much, just thought we would get both rewards at the end of the second boss.

Immediately after the second boss I saw him start kicking players one by one. I tried to get the reward but was only able to get one before he kicked me also, so I didn’t get up getting the second one.

This is extremely frustrating for players that spend time and effort only to be kicked with no reward, and just a terrible experience overall!
