Squeaky breaks

Question

‘99 jeep Cherokee. All new brake components (front and rear), including wheel cylinders in the back. There’s a screech (think fork on dinner plate) just before the car comes to a stop that comes from the driver’s side and I think the rear but am not 100% sure. I’ve taken the front brakes apart and inspected them multiple times, same with the rear. I can find absolutely nothing visibly wrong with them. I will note that I believe the car is not stopping as well as it should but I have nothing to base it on. I’ve tested it the other day and I can skid at least the front wheels so I’m not sure if I’m just losing it at this point. Any advice is much appreciated. Also I did the breaks this past summer so there aren’t brand new but most definitely not worn out.
