Indian management

Not to bait or cause rage but does anyone notice more and more places are becoming Indian only in GTA and surrounding areas? they seem to only hire their kind or relatives. I have heard of predisclosed interviews already setup with answers already given to the interviewees. most recent one being a Indian manager setting up a friend in an interview by already providing answers to the questions she would ask. guy had no background in IT but was selected then later I see the Mgr and new person staying late on meeting after work to get training, including getting guys overseas to do the work for him and getting a cut.Does anyone else feel this is getting out of hand? The world lives in Canada and equal opportunity should be provided to people who are qualified vs setup to pass.
