The Tool: Use a piece of fishnet stocking or a wig cap.

The Method: Hold the fishnet tightly against your forehead and cheekbones. Use a makeup sponge to "stipple" or dab eyeshadow or face paint over the net. Do not swipe, as this will move the net and blur the scales.

Shading: For depth, use a base of light green/silver and then dab a darker forest green or black on just one side of the "scales" to create a 3D effect

Winged Liner: Use a black gel or liquid liner to create a sharp, extended wing.

Inner Corner: Bring the liner into a sharp point at the inner corner (the "tear duct") to give the eye a more predatory, elongated shape.

Waterline: Line both the upper and lower waterlines with black to add intensity.

Outline: Use a black waterproof eyeliner or lip liner to heavily overline the lips, focusing on creating a sharp "puckered" shape.

Inner Detail: Draw a vertical line down the center of the bottom lip to mimic a snake's split tongue or scale pattern.

Fill: Dab a glossy nude or silver metallic shade into the center and blend slightly outward into the black for a 3D, wet look.
