TRANSFORMERS Bayverse + Rise of the Beasts Crossover Idea

Creative

Hey all. I'm a casual fan, mostly of the movies. I enjoyed the Bayverse for nostalgia reasons, though it is... disorganized. I also liked the reboots---Personally, I think Bumblebee was really good and Rise of the Beasts was also really good. Noah was an interesting character, especially with his relationship to Mirage. The Maximals were awesome! I think the GI Joe tease was *peak as well.

I know some fans want a sixth Bayverse film and others want a sequel to Rise of the Beasts.... but I say, why not both?

Title: Transformers: Convergence**—Multiverse Event Film Concept**

I’m pitching a 2h 58m multiverse event film that unites the Bayverse, Rise of the Beasts timeline, and G.I. Joe.

Core Plot

Two versions of Unicron exist across fractured timelines. One is evil and one is good. Residual Transwarp energy causes reality to destabilize, pulling both Bayverse Unicron (Earth) toward convergence with the evil one from ROTB.

The story features:

• Older Sam Witwicky returning as a mentor-style character, along with Mikaela, Simmons, Cade, Maj. Lennox, Robert--and anyone else from the Bayverse they can bring back.
• Noah Diaz working with the full integration of G.I. Joe operatives (Duke, Scarlett, Snake Eyes, Roadblock) Maybe bring back the version of Snake eyes from that movie (haven't seen it) or the other GI Joe movies. Or just start fresh.
• Maximals fighting alongside Dinobots from Bayverse. Come on, that alone should sell you!

Two versions of Optimus Prime meet and initially disagree philosophically before uniting against the cosmic threat. The Bumblebees are just bros.

I will add here, that this movie SHOULD somehow be used to 'lampshade' or briefly explain the Bayverse plot holes. Maybe say that Rise of the Beast's unicron trying to break through to Bayverse's reality caused some breaks in the space time continuum. A blanket catchall explanation for any of those weird plot holes and contradictions. I always thought that was so unnecessarily distracting. Rise of the Beast's continuity is clean and we can actually use that to clean up the Bayverse a bit/ retroactively explain. I would say treat this like the Spider-man No Way Home crossover. Mention key events, make a couple jokes.

I will note here that Shia Labeouf is a devout Christian now and I think him being a mentor figure to Noah would actually be a part he might play after all. Maybe explain how was on a spiritual journey. I'll be honest, he is not going to play his old Sam. No amount of money will make him. I respect that, as I am a Christian too. But maybe if his character has changed he would be willing to play it. This may also be used to explain why Sam wasn't in the last two movies.

Villain

Megatron orchestrates the convergence, believing a unified Unicron would.... not sure yet... something evil.

He fights with revived/ alternate reality versions of past minions. For sure Starscream, Shockwave, Soundwave, Barricade---but give them update looks like Barricade got in the Last Knight. Bring back the constructicons.

Emotional Centerpiece—Bayverse Bumblebee’s Sacrifice

During a dimensional assault, Bumblebee overclocks his Spark to save Sam and absorbs catastrophic energy. Bumblebee dies, scattering transformium fragments that transform into Sam’s battle-worn Cybertronian armor. This is exactly like what happened with Noah at the end of ROTB. I loved that scene and I think this would be a heartfelt ending for Bayverse B.

Just imagine Noah and Sam fighting Last Knight Megatron.

I AM OPEN to ideas. Add yours. Also, if you know Michael Bay, please send this to him. Haha.
