Question About AR Layer (And a scratch)

Hey guys, I recently ordered this nice new pair of glasses from Go-Optic, I chose to add a standard Anti-Glare type of lens since I had never tried them before. They came in around last Thursday, I've been seldom using them as admittedly I bought them more for the fashion (Only took them out of their case 5 times, never worn outside). Anyways, today I noticed they had a little scratch in the AR layer, not the lens itself, just the AR layer. Should I worry? Does a nick in the AR layer make it easier for the layer to break? I still have a good chunk of time before I can't return them anymore, I'd like to have some opinions even if what I'm asking is a bit silly.
