Whiskey Jill's in Memphis.

I have been told that this bar is a good place to meet other couples and singles. Can anyone confirm or disapprove? The wife and I are looking, but the LS club in Memphis is not ran well or clean, so we are looking for other options. We are looking for a local place, so we don't have to continue to have to go out of town for fun.
