ITAW for “a story that makes the main character look too good”?

Somewhere along the lines of “lionizing” but not that. I’m trying to critique a friend’s story where the protagonist just seems to have an awesome weekend—making brave and correct choices, saving a couple of people from life-threatening situations, making friends with strangers to the point that they’re partying together at the end of the weekend, getting the girl that he’s been flirting with all through the story.
