treasure bag stuck in profaned garden :(

after 50 long and grueling attempts against one of my least favorite infernum bosses so far, signus' treasure bag got stuck inside blocks in the profaned garden. ive tried actuating, but it only works on the first layer of blocks for some reason. i could use a ceaseless hunger potion, but i havent beat ceaseless void yet. is there any other way to reach these items?
