Can't Move After Pitting

I was doing my first race and I come into the pits, get my stop done and then when the jacks put me down I can't move. I can shift from neutral to 1st and my throttle inputs are still registered, Ive tried turning ignition on and off and the starter and I can't move. Any help would be appreciated.
