Can we talk about my house bulbasaur rq? Feel free to debate,

Okay, so l've noticed friends/family going like "Oh, if you've had your Bulbasaur for 3 years and it hasn't evolved, just open up the bulb part with your hands and it'll automatically quicken the process!"

Listen, I don't battle. Straight up. I have nothing against it but, me personally? I don't want any of my Pokémon getting hurt.

That being said, what would even be the point?

Evolving your Pokémon makes them more powerful.

What use would I have for that? All it would do is make him stronger, and I like him just the way he is.

And don't say I'm "neglecting his instincts", if he wanted to evolve he would've done it by now.

Pokémon can understand English, you know that, right? Not just "Bulbasaur, use Vine Whip!", etc. I straight up asked him, "Hey, Man, do you want to evolve?" And he shook his head NO!!

Potentially harming him while trying to *force* the Ivysaur out of him simply isn't worth it. All it would do is make him stronger, and make him look different.
