EU Reclassification

Hey guys,

So I got myself a DJI Mini 4 Pro in December of last year. I live in the mountains of the Austrian alps and I'm having huge problems with this hard locked 120m above takeoff point thing.

I'm perfectly fine with flying 120m above ground but above takeoff point is almost useless in the alps.

So my question is the following:

Can I somehow change my drones classification from C0 to C1? And will this remove the hard cap giving me the ability to put the slider above 120m? So that I can exceed 120m above takeoff point? Because when I'm flying up a mountain I have to land over and over again otherwise. I do as already mentioned not intend on flying actually higher than 120m. Just higher above takeoff. You get my idea.

How would this work? I've read about it but I don't quite understand it.

(Bytheway I do have the drone license to fly C1 and C2 as well.)
