Planning to have a DIY Solo Travel to Dingalan, Aurora

Hello! I'm planning to have a solo travel again on the day after my 30th birthday in April (My bday is Sunday & there may be lots of people that day, so I chose the day after which is Monday). I wanna go to Dingalan, Aurora and it will only be a day tour. May I ask for your advice on what time should I go there if I wanna be there early in the morning coming from Cavite? Can I go there from PITX?

Also, I'm not planning to do lots of activities, just really wanna witness the "Batanes of the East" with my own eyes, sit there for hours, take pictures, and eat my own packed lunch. If ever there's a chance for me to be able to swim on a nearby beach, that would be lovely! 🤍
