Terrible day..

So I service credit unions and we had a new one join and bro. Today, I had taken so many calls and then it was 3:30 and I get off at 4:30pm and I got this call and as soon as I said my greeting, this man started in on me. He was having issues with his OLB. I’m sorry sir, I’d be happy to help you resolve the issue. Except all he wanted to do was berate me and treat me like the smallest person in the world because he was having issues. Turns out I couldn’t assist and had to ask him to stop by a branch to get his OLB fixed. He immediately started whining and requested a supervisor. I hadn’t even got his name or anything. So I called help desk and told this nice guy what was going on and he asked for the account inner or name. I hadn’t got anything so I then had to go back to the call and get this man’s name. Ugh. He was yelling and cursing even more, so I get his name and go back to the supervisor and give it to him and he takes the call. Long story short, I ended closing avaya after that call, called the attendance line and told them I am leaving for the day and sent an email to hr and told them the same thing. Idk why that man bothered me so much. Normally I would just mute and cuss but I didn’t. I actually got sad. Wtf is wrong with me? I’m getting soft, lmaooo. Anyway. I’ll prob get wrote up tomorrow. But fk it. I’m over this crappy call center. I’m over people thinking they can come at me sideways. Sorry yall. Just venting. Need to find a new job like yesterday.
