Personal Trainer at the UH Rec Center Gym

I was wondering whether the UH Rec Center gym offers personal training. I recall seeing information about personal trainer services on the UH gym website (or elsewhere) and filling out a form some time ago, but I never heard back. Is anyone currently using this service, or does anyone have more information about it?

TIA.
