Who(or what) the fuck is Gilbert talking about

I’ve listened to so many Gilbert segments and I’ve been able to google most of them being that I’m only 27(like who the fuck under the age of 60 would know who Paul winchell is? Lmao) but the one that has been evading me is his prank call to “Bindi” and he says something like “hi it’s Georgie, how’s your health(?) been mama?” What is this in reference to??? It’s driving me crazy.
