New medals

Hey yall. So I did my first Spartan of the year, a Stadion in LA. Wasn’t the best fan of the new medals when I saw them, but I decided i wouldn’t judge until I have one in my hands. Well, the Stadion Hex fell out by the next day… couldn’t find it either. Is this a common occurrence with the new medals? Has anyone lost their hex and got another one?
