Niyo card exchange rates

I just made a hotel booking and paid visa fee using niyo global card… I think i was charged a bit extra in currency conversion using niyo.. for hotel, I changed the currency in agoda app as vnd and then made the payment… It felt a bit extra after calculating the visa rate… also for visa i calculated that i paid a little over 25 usd… can someone please clarify?
