Can he do this

My history teacher is assigning a 100 question test and giving us 3 days to study for it.Anyone who makes under an 85 will be pulled from all other classes for the entire day for a test that takes roughly a week to complete where every question requires a multi paragraph answer,causing those ppl to miss all their other classes.
