False Ban (PC Player)

Anybody have any idea on why accounts are getting restricted, saw that some people got in trouble for duping or some sort of exploits? I’m pretty sad, I only get to play this game at night when the kids are asleep a couple nights a week and usually just PvP on Stella in Trios/Duos. Not sure what causes it, maybe it’s good to take a break away. Thanks guys.
