[LotM End] Giant Strength equivalency…

If a human and Dragon both take the Dawn paladin potion, would the strength of a giant be the same for both. So would the human possess the same boost in strength as a dragon would get, or would the dragon gain the equivalent strength boost as if it became a “Giant” of its species.

So like is the boost in strength an equal blanket type improvement to each species or the equivalent of that’s species strength as a “Giant”?
