Fiancée to spouse visa - tenancy agreement enough?

Hi there

If we have a tenancy agreement which has both of our names on it, am I right in assuming we don’t need a landlord letter which is often used when applying for a spouse visa outside of the UK?

A tenancy agreement plus council tax bill / utility bills is enough ?
