Cycling Gap of Dunloe & Slea Head

Looking to cycle Gap of Dunloe and Slea Head for my trip at start of March. Has anyone cycled one or both? What was your experience? How long did it take you? I'm also debating on just walking the Gap and cycling Slea Head. Would love any feedback on either option and bike shop recs. Thanks!
