"all-gender bathrooms"

does anyone else feel like these bathrooms discriminate against agender people, since they imply that you need to have a gender to use them? "gender-neutral" bathrooms are the only truly inclusive kind of bathroom, since they're implied to be "neutral" to whether or not you even have a gender.

a business near me recently debuted an "all-gender washroom" and I'm debating on whether or not to do something about it.
