Does this person care about me at all? I’m distraught?

Told them I liked them, got closer, talked nearly everyday for five months then ghosted after meeting for coffee. Responses after 4 weeks and said they were just busy. Had lunch with me and my family 4 months later, ghosted again. Gave birthday card, acknowledged two weeks later. Gave Christmas gift, it’s been two months and no thank you or any acknowledgment. I feel so sad and upset.
