Wearable pump activities

Realistically, what tasks do you feel comfortable doing while pumping?

I bought a wearable pump but it is so chunky and plastic that I cannot really hold baby - I can move him, but not hold him (soothe him, rock him, etc.). Washing bottles, some basic tiding-up, laundry is okay. So chores are fine, but chores I do only at night when baby allows me. The problem is baby (15 weeks) contact naps during the day and needs frequent burping + 20-30 min upright holding after feeds so I cannot wear the pump while feeding him or while he is asleep. I also need to pump 40 minutes to get reasonable amount (eufy s1, elastic nipples) so I barely can squeeze it in before he needs to be rocked to sleep for a nap.

Just curious how it looks like for you.
