Music suggestions for apocalypse vibes?

I know this can mean a lot of things, for reference this playlist fits very well in terms of scope n such https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLBC11Pk8h3PTjLmT56Rqy-98-R_hgDQ67&si=Z6-dsXaCky28FYNN

There are 2-3 sound types within this that I'd like any songs from.

the first is things with a somewhat gritty sound, old rock, punk fusion, post-punk or post-rock, kind of dramatic and angry but still chill enough, for off-roading across hills for miles. The Strokes, Gorillaz, Foo Fighters, Violent Femmes, Franz Ferdinand, Colter Wall, Radiohead, etc etc.

the second is groovy, somewhat well-known tunes in funk, r&b, old pop, as though a dance battle has suddenly broken out. Michael Jackson, Them Changes, Move on Up, Out of Touch, Tears for Fears, etc etc.

the third is things with a juxtaposed upbeat, happy or sappy sound, cinematic for popping heads. Lights - Ellie Goulding, California Girls, Put Your Head on My Shoulder, Funkytown, A Thousand Miles, Mariah Carey Fantasy, etc etc.

Thanks in advance!
