No Sky Internet / How is Globe Prepaid 5g

Hi, has anyone else experienced na bigla na lang nawala ang sky internet connection nila. There's still a wifi "signal" but no internet. I have experienced this before but it usually only lasts a day. But now, it's been almost 3 days of no internet. I messaged Kyla on viber and was told that they could not detect my account number. Wth happened/is happening.

On another note, I am thinking of getting the Globe 5g wifi at home (prepaid) since our place is only equipped for sky.
